We do not collect sensitive personal data and we do not use cookies beyond those required for basic website functionality.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiries, deliver the services you have engaged us for, manage your energy contracts and related correspondence on your behalf, and meet our legal and regulatory obligations as a registered Third Party Intermediary (TPI).
We will never sell your personal data to third parties. We will never pass your data to energy suppliers or other third parties without your explicit instruction as part of the services you have engaged us to deliver.
Legal basis for processing
We process your personal data on the basis of: your consent (when you contact us or engage our services), the performance of a contract (when we are delivering services on your behalf), and our legitimate interests in operating a professional energy consultancy business.
How long we keep your data
We retain client data for a period of six years following the end of our engagement, in line with standard business and legal requirements. Enquiry data from contacts who do not become clients is retained for no longer than 12 months.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data where there is no lawful reason for us to continue holding it, and withdraw consent at any time where consent is the basis for processing.
